A modern garden incorporating water features and a 5m change in levels. The Garden takes inspiration from the iconic work of David Bowie – hence the title ‘Is there Life on Mars’ … as David Bowie said.. ‘I don’t know where I’m going but, I promise it won’t be boring’.
